How long does a typical project take?
A Starter site ships in about a week. Business sites take 2–3 weeks. Custom builds vary — we'll give you a fixed timeline with your quote.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just a 20-minute discovery call. After that, we'll send a short brief to fill in. Copy, photos, and brand assets help, but we can also write and source those for an additional fee.
Will I own the site when it's done?
Completely. Code, design files, domain, hosting — all in your name. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary platforms unless you choose one.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes. All projects include 30 days of free post-launch support. Beyond that, monthly care plans start at £79/month and cover updates, fixes, performance and security.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. We do redesigns and migrations frequently. We'll audit your current site, keep what works, and rebuild the rest properly.
How does payment work?
50% to kick off, 50% before launch. We invoice via bank transfer or card. Larger custom builds can be split into monthly milestones.
